Join this Tzedakah Circle for an inspiring discussion with a 10 year old student advocate on using technology to empower students who are visually impaired, like herself. Participants will engage in a live demo and learn to create accessible content via JiTap app to be used by the children of Beit Issie Shapiro, Israel’s leading non-profit organization furthering the rights, opportunities and services for children and adults with disabilities. iPad and internet access required. (Hausner issued iPads can be enabled for this project). Students will have until Friday 5/7 to complete their project, tech support will be available.
